Orders within New Zealand are shipped from our Auckland warehouse for $6.99 or free for orders over $100.

Shipping to the North Island takes 1-2 business days, and to the South Island takes 2-3 business days. For rural locations or orders containing Dangerous Goods (Fragrance Diffusers) please allow for an additional 2 business days.

We currently ship within New Zealand from our New Zealand website (nz.circa.com.au). If you are in Australia use the country selector at the top of the page to select the correct site for local shipping.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Email help@circa.com.au for inquiries.
