Holiday dispatch & support

Please note that our warehouse will be closed for dispatch on the NSW public holidays, and our team will be operating with reduced staff as they take a well-earned break over the holiday period.

Orders may take a little longer than usual to be dispatched, and responses from our Customer Service team may also be delayed.

Delivery Information 

Standard Shipping: NZ$6.99 or free for orders over $100.

Metro Friday 19th December

South Island

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for orders containing Fragrance Diffusers or Interior Fragrance

    During regular trade, all orders placed prior to midday NZT on weekdays (excluding holidays) will be dispatched same day. Please note: During peak promotional periods this may take an additional 2 business days. 

    Delivery timeframes below are a guide only and calculated from the dispatch date.

    North Island 1-2 business days
    South Island 2-3 business days
    Rural or Dangerous Goods orders add 2 business days

     

    Please note:

    • Orders with diffusers cannot be delivered to a PO Box. 
    • Dispatch may be delayed up to 48 hours during peak periods.

     

    RETURNS

    Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Email help@nz.circa.com.au for inquiries.
