A Mouthwatering Raspberry & Rhubarb Margarita Just In Time For The Festive Season

RASPBERRY & RHUBARB MARGARITA
Ingredients: Raspberry & rhubarb syrup
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped rhubarb
1 cup raspberries
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Ingredients:
Juice of 1 lime
Raspberry & rhubarb syrup
Jalapenos
60ml tequila
Raspberries to garnish
1 Rhubarb stalk chopped to garnish
Ice
Method: Raspberry & rhubarb syrup
Step 1. Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil.
Step 2. Set aside to cool for 5 minutes and then add to cocktail.

The juice of 1 lime
Jalapenos
60ml of tequila
Step 2. Shake and serve into a glass.
Step 5. Garnish with raspberries and rhubarb. Enjoy!
