- Slice a Cucumber into thin ribbons and place them into a bowl.
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup Vinegar, 1 cup Water, 1 tablespoon Sugar, 1 tablespoon Salt and your choice of aromatics (like Dill, Garlic, Mustard Seeds or Pepper all taste great).
- Bring to a simmer and pour over the Cucumbers.
- Pour into a glass jar and let them sit for 30 minutes (or longer in the fridge) before serving.
