GINGERBREAD MARTINI
Serves 2.
Ingredients
3 shots of Baileys
1 cup of ice
2 tbsp fo whipped cream
Garnish
Caramel sauce
1 x crushed gingerbread cookie
2 x whole gingerbread cookies
2 tbsp of whipped cream
Method
Step 1. Add all the ingredients listed to a blender and combine together.
Step 2. Set aside the mixture while you garnish the martini glass.
Step 3. Pour the caramel sauce into a flat plate. In a separate plate add the crushed gingerbread cookie.
Step 4. Flip your martini glass upside down and dip the rim into the caramel sauce.
Repeat this step with the crushed gingerbread cookie.
Step 5. Transfer the blended micture into the martini glass.
Step 6. Garnish with whole gingerbread cookie. Enjoy!
