Warehouse Closure Dates:
- To give our team a well-deserved break over the holiday, our warehouse will be on reduced hours. Orders may take 3-4 days longer to dispatch from our warehouse. We'll be back to our regular operations starting January 8th.
Tracking Your Delivery:
- Once your item is shipped, we'll send you an email containing your tracking details. In case you don't see this email, please check your junk mail folder. If you need assistance in locating your order, please reach out to us via this link.
Shipping Duration:
- Due to reduced staff in our Auckland warehouse, please allow up to five business days for dispatch.
- Estimated shipping times: 1-2 business days for the North Island, and 2-3 business days for the South Island from the dispatch date. For rural areas or orders with Dangerous Goods (such as Fragrance Diffusers), factor in an additional 2 business days.

Shipping Costs:
- Standard Delivery costs $6.99. However, orders exceeding $100 qualify for Free Shipping.
